Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before reserving travel services with Evergreen Tours International P Ltd. By booking a tour, trek, wilderness expedition, or cultural travel package in Nepal, Tibet, or Bhutan with us, you formally agree to be bound by the professional terms detailed below.

To guarantee your preferred itinerary, certified guides, and boutique accommodation in the Himalayas, all booking requests must comply with the following procedures:

2. Payment Terms

Evergreen Tours International handles global payment operations securely. Your booking payment flow is governed by the following schedule:

The outstanding balance of 80% must be fully settled at least 30 days prior to your scheduled trip departure.
Payments are accepted via secure Swift wire transfer, major international credit cards, or cash (USD/NPR) on arrival.
Any external bank handling charges or exchange rate margins are the responsibility of the client.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because wilderness permits, flight segments, domestic logistics, and mountain guides must be reserved and paid for in advance, cancellations are subject to a strict tiered structure:

Cancellation 45 days or more prior to departure: 100% refund of the paid amount, excluding the initial 20% non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation 30 to 44 days prior to departure: 50% refund of the total booking cost.
Cancellation less than 30 days prior: No refund or transfer options will be provided under any circumstances.
No refunds are issued for missed flight connections, delayed arrivals, or unused trek segments after departure.

4. Liability & Local Jurisdiction

Comprehensive international travel insurance is an absolute requirement for all bookings, specifically covering high-altitude rescue and helicopter evacuation. Evergreen Tours International P Ltd acts as a professional coordinator and accepts no responsibility for natural flight delays, political actions, weather delays, or closures of trekking paths. All contracts and disputes are exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the legal courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Trekking & High-Altitude Terms

For all all-inclusive packages involving mountain trekking, high-altitude climbs, and deep wilderness expeditions, participants must acknowledge and accept the inherent physical risks of remote alpine environments. Evergreen Tours International P Ltd reserves the absolute right to alter itineraries, adjust schedules, or suspend routes due to hazardous weather conditions or individual medical situations.

Mandatory Travel Insurance: Standard travel policies are insufficient. All participants must secure coverage that explicitly includes emergency helicopter search and rescue evacuation.
Early Descent & Safety Offsets: No refunds, discounts, or compensations are offered for unused portions of accommodations, travel, or guide services if a participant descends early for safety reasons.

Safety & guide directions must be adhered to at all times. Group health is our absolute operational priority.
