Nepal Jungle Safari Trip (14 days) Explore two national parks plus a wildlife reserve in Nepal. Make several jeep safaris deep into the dense tropical forest of Chitwan National Park, Bardia National Park, and Sukla Phanta National Park to observe wildlife in their natural habitat.
You will have ample opportunities to see birds, rhinos, crocodiles, deer, flora, and fauna. You will travel by boat to observe the river animals such as dolphins and crocodiles. You will stay at a local community homestay in Bardia and Suklaphanta in order to experience firsthand their living, food, cultural activities, and more.
You will be met on arrival at Kathmandu airport and transferred to your hotel by car. The remainder of the day is at leisure.

Enjoy a morning tour of Kathmandu. See the sights, including the Kathmandu Durbar (Palace) Square, Hanumandhoka, the temple of the living goddess, Kastamandap temple (the temple made from the wood of a single tree), Temple of Taleju, Kal Bhairab temple, the temple of Akash Bhairab.
The tour continues to Swayambhunath stupa (one of the world’s biggest Buddhist stupas and the most ancient and enigmatic of all the holy shrines).
Lunch at one of the finest local cuisine restaurants. This afternoon visit Pashupatinath temple (the temple of Hindus). The stop at the Boudhanath stupa will include joining the Kora – and walking around the stupa. The tour returns at approximately (5.30 p.m.). B/L

14 Days Nepal Jungle Safari Trip starts with an early morning scenic drive west from Kathmandu to Chitwan. There will be stops en route for fresh air and a restroom. You will be met at Chitwan National Park by a nature guide from a Wildlife resort to experience this award-winning National Park and view a wide variety of wildlife in their natural habitat. After lunch enjoy the jeep safari and explore the jungle and wildlife. See the famous one-horned rhino, several types of deer, monkeys, wild boars, and birds in their natural environment. After an early wake-up this morning with coffee we join a morning canoe trip along the Rapti River, as it winds its way through Chitwan National Park. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the river in the cool morning with the opportunity to view all the different kinds of birds and animals along the river. Return to the resort to enjoy a hearty breakfast.
After breakfast, observe the hand feeding of the elephants, a briefing on elephants, and much more. This afternoon is free to enjoy the resort facilities. Later, take a guided tour of the Wildlife Park and villages nearby. Here you will see the bushland, walk around the park, and learn about some of Nepal’s unique wild animals, flora, and fauna. B/L/D

In the early morning, we take a short jeep drive to Bis Hajari Taal (meaning “twenty thousand lakes”) for bird watching. In the late afternoon, we do a jeep safari deep into the forest for the opportunity to watch wild animals, birds, even tigers, etc. In the evening enjoy the dance of local aboriginal people followed by dinner. After breakfast, enjoy a relaxing scenic drive along the lowland rice field to Lumbini. Lumbini is a Buddhist pilgrimage site and the birthplace of the Lord Buddha. On arrival at the hotel in Lumbini enjoy lunch.
This afternoon visit the birthplace of the lord Buddha and explore the Maya Devi temple and the park (on a rickshaw – in order to help the local economy). Enjoy dinner and overnight at the hotel in Lumbini. B/L/D

After breakfast, our Jungle Safari Trip continues with a drive to the southwestern part of Nepal to Bardia National Park. The Bardia National Park is famous for blackbucks, elephants, leopards, and tigers. The drive is through the lowlands of Nepal – passing several towns and villages.
You will have stops for the restroom and lunch. On arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by the local community to their home. You will be staying at the home of native people, and experiencing their living, food, and culture. A local community homestay helps the economy and also provides a sustainable tourism practice. The villagers will organize a tour of the park with their local expertise.B/L/D

Today, we explore Bardia National Park with a schedule prepared by the local community, which includes a jeep safari, bird watching, and a walking tour of the forest. The experience here is enhanced by exposure to the local people and provides a chance for you to learn about them. B/L/D

After breakfast, we continued driving far west of Nepal to Suklaphanta National Park. The national park is famous for Barasingha and Indian hog deer. There have been tigers and leopards also identified in the park. The rhinos, crocodiles, and over 423 species of birds can be spotted in the National Park.
On arrival, we will be warmly welcomed by the Rana Tharu community in the village followed by lunch. In the afternoon, a brief tour of the National Park – per the schedule prepared by the Rana Tharu community. B/L/D

Today we explore the whole of the national park with a jeep safari, canoeing on the river, observing crocodiles in the Rani Taal, and much more. The evening entertainment is a performance of the villagers from the Rana Tharu community. Dinner and overnight. B/L/D
