and explore sights in Kathmandu (Bhaktapur – including Durbar Squares and UNESCO heritage sites). You will have the opportunity to meet the living goddess Kumari. Spend four nights in the Himalayan kingdom of Bhutan.
The trip includes a guided tour of Thimpu, Paro, and Punakha Dzong, a scenic drive through the Paro Valley, and breathtaking views of the Eastern Himalayan Ranges from Dachau-la.

Day 01, Arrival, pick up by car to hotel
Welcome to Kathmandu, Nepal’s largest and capital city. Your guide will provide brief information about Kathmandu. Overnight in Kathmandu

Day 02, Sightseeing city, locally guided tour
Enjoy the morning with a guided tour of UNESCO heritage sites, Durbar Squares, the temple of the living Goddess, and Swayambunath. Afternoon visits Bhaktapur. Overnight in Kathmandu

Day 03, Scenic flight to Paro, Bhutan
Begin your adventure aboard the morning flight to Paro, Bhutan. Enjoy a scenic drive (2 hours) to Thimpu, the capital city of Bhutan. Explore the streets, shops, and restaurants of the city. Overnight in Thimpu.

Day 04, Explore Punakha
After breakfast in Thimpu, you will have a day trip to Punakha Dzong. Enjoy the magnificent scenery over the Dachau-la pass, visit Pho Chu and Mo Chu Rivers (Pho means male and Mo means female) plus monasteries en route. Overnight in Thimpu.

Day 05, Sights of Paro
Enjoy a guided tour of a traditional paper factory and drive to Paro. Visit Paro Dzong, the National Museum, and enjoy a walking tour of Paro streets. Overnight in Paro.

Day 06, Explore Tiger Nest
In the early morning, we drive to Ramathanka and hike to Tiger’s Nest (Taktsang Monastery). If time permits you will visit Kytsu Lakhang. Overnight in Paro.

Day 07, Flying back to Kathmandu
In the morning board your flight to Kathmandu. On arrival take a tour of Boudhanath. In the evening enjoy our farewell dinner.

Day 08, Trip concludes
